Growing Together carefully selects caregivers whose experience, availability, and qualifications align with your family’s needs.
Meet your candidates
We introduce you to selected candidates so you can meet them, ask questions, and decide who feels like the right fit for your family.
Start Care
Once you’ve selected your caregiver, Growing Together coordinates the start of care and helps make the transition as smooth as possible.
Simple weekly payments
Weekly childcare payments are made directly to Growing Together based on the caregiver’s confirmed hours and the hourly rate previously agreed upon with your family. Growing Together handles the caregiver’s payment.
Ongoing Support
Our support doesn’t end once care begins. Growing Together remains available to support communication, scheduling needs, payment coordination, and changes in your family’s childcare needs.
