Nicholle is a 27 year-old Colombian woman who, from a very young age, felt her life’s purpose was connected to children. She has always enjoyed caring for them, teaching them, and guiding them through every stage of growth.

She graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Special Education and holds certifications in Child Behavior and the Montessori Method, along with CPR and First Aid. These studies, combined with her natural vocation, have given her the tools to understand, nurture, and positively guide each child.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Nicholle has worked with newborns, toddlers, school-age children, and teenagers always adapting with patience, love, and creativity. Her philosophy is to provide care that is both nurturing and educational, helping each child reach their fullest potential while fostering independence, confidence, and a love of learning.

Encouraged by the families she has supported, Nicholle founded Growing Together, a professional childcare agency that connects families with trustworthy, highly trained, and loving caregivers. She remains personally involved in every placement, ensuring each family receives not only a qualified nanny, but someone who truly becomes part of their home.
