Nicholle, a 27 year old Colombian educator, discovered her purpose early in life: caring for and guiding children through every stage of growth.
A graduate of Montclair State University in Special Education, she holds certifications in Child Behavior, the Montessori Method, CPR, and First Aid.
With over a decade of experience, Nicholle has worked with children of all ages, combining patience, love, and creativity.
Inspired by the families she’s supported, she founded Growing Together, a childcare agency that connects families with trustworthy, highly trained caregivers who nurture independence, confidence, and a genuine love for learning.
